Terms of Service

1. Operator

Tronteo is a trading name of OPSoft Inc, a Wyoming corporation based in Wyoming, United States.

2. Service

Tronteo provides technical services for TRON network transactions, including temporary delegation of Energy and Bandwidth to an address you specify and API-based resource provisioning.

We are not a wallet, exchange, custodian, bank, money transmitter or investment service. We do not sell cryptocurrency, exchange assets, hold customer private keys or promise financial returns.

• You retain control of your wallet, keys and signatures.
• Delegated resources give us no authority to move, spend or freeze funds at your address.
• Transactions you sign or submit remain your responsibility.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter into a contract and permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

You must not use Tronteo for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, unlawful activity, attacks on the service or attempts to bypass access controls. You and the addresses involved must not be subject to applicable sanctions.

4. Service credits

The Tronteo balance consists of prepaid, non-transferable service credits used only to pay for Tronteo services. Credits are denominated in TRX because customers commonly compare network resource costs in TRX.

• Service credits are not cryptocurrency, electronic money, a deposit or a wallet balance.
• They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, traded, exchanged, redeemed for TRX, USDT or cash, or used outside Tronteo.
• Any fiat or USDT equivalent is an estimate for convenience and creates no right to receive that currency or asset.
• Purchasing credits pays in advance for Tronteo services; it is not a purchase or exchange of cryptocurrency.

5. Prices, quotes and orders

Rental prices may change with resource supply, network conditions and our costs. Before confirmation we show the resource, duration and total charge. A quote is valid only for its stated period.

• Resource packages are quantities of Energy or Bandwidth, not a guarantee that a transaction will succeed or consume a particular amount.
• Actual resource consumption is determined by the network and relevant smart contract.
• The confirmed amount is deducted from service credits or collected through the selected payment method.
• Delegation is withdrawn automatically when its rental period ends.

For instant rental, do not pay from an exchange. Resources go to the sending address, which may belong to the exchange rather than you.

6. Payments and app stores

Available methods may include on-chain TRX or USDT and card or local payment methods. The checkout shows the amount and what is purchased before confirmation.

Web purchases through Paddle are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd or its applicable affiliate as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, billing, taxes, receipts and approved refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.

A Paddle purchase adds the quantity of prepaid Tronteo service credits shown at checkout. The credited quantity is fixed after payment, while the price of future resource orders may change. No TRX, USDT or other cryptocurrency is sold or delivered.

Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store terms. The store price and estimated service-credit quantity are shown before confirmation. We verify the store transaction before crediting the Tronteo account; consumable service credits do not expire.

7. Delivery

A resource order is delivered when its delegation transaction is confirmed by the network. Order history shows the status and, where available, the on-chain transaction identifier.

Networks, wallets and smart contracts are outside our control. Congestion, outages, protocol changes or contract failures may delay a transaction or change its resource consumption. You must check every address before confirming an order.

8. Refunds

The Refund Policy at /en/refund/ forms part of these Terms. Service credits consumed by completed resource orders are normally non-refundable because the service has already been delivered.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel. App Store and Google Play purchases are also subject to the store's refund process. A refund never creates a right to receive cryptocurrency or benefit from a later market price.

9. Accounts and API

You are responsible for access to your email, messenger account, devices and API keys, and for authenticated instructions sent through them. Keep API keys server-side and revoke exposed keys.

We may limit, suspend or close access used unlawfully, fraudulently, to evade controls or threaten the service. Eligible unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy unless law prevents it.

10. Liability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the result of a transaction you sign or submit.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, network or wallet failures, protocol changes, or an incorrect address or instruction supplied by you.

Nothing limits liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively and will be presented reasonably before taking effect.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
