For web purchases offered through Paddle, Paddle.com Market Ltd or its applicable affiliate is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, billing, taxes, receipts and approved refunds. Tronteo provides the service.
A card payment purchases prepaid Tronteo service credits. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged and are not TRX, USDT or another cryptocurrency.
What we provide
Tronteo provides Energy and Bandwidth for transactions in the TRON network. We are not a wallet, exchange or custodian, and delegated resources give us no right to move funds at your address.
